You can have the sequels if you want them; I admit that most of them are good movies. I grew up watching them, including the amazing Halloween 4. But John Carpenter’s horror classic will always be the absolute best! Michael Myers will probably haunt my dreams for as long as I live, and I’m in my mid-40s!!! I don’t mind; if a homicidal movie maniac is going to give you nightmares, you couldn’t pick a better—or more terrifying—guy than Michael Myers! Jamie Lee Curtis, you rock as Laurie Strode; there will NEVER be another! I own this movie AND the first sequel on DVD. If I ever find Halloween H2O on DVD, my collection will be complete!

Ok so I watched this version of the ‘78 film and this version is the 2007 film remaster and this one is the one with the wrong tint in the movie it makes it look like it’s summer In haddonfeild when the time is set in fall.... so basically if you don’t want to spend your money on this one I suggest buying the 2003 25th anniversary Edition DVD copy of this movie 1: Because the remaster of the film is better! 2: it has audio commentary for the film 3: it has a ENTIRE OTHER DISC of just bonus features (if your into bonus features like me) 4: the movie has a little booklet that gives you History about the franchise which is awesome! But the only way you can get the booklet is if you buy it Brand spankin new or in like new condition. Or even very good, I’ve found them with the booklet at those conditions. I bought The Whole thing in excellent condition oh and btw I payed $4.67 for the whole thing and I didn’t get it on eBay or a garage sale..... I’m not going to put the name of the website I got it from because I’m not a sponsor..... sry.... So anyways buy this if ya want if you don’t care about seeing the right movie version or go get yourself a 25th Anniversary edition DVD of Halloween 1978 and have the best H1 viewing experience!!! Or you can settle for the 6.78$ blu Ray copy on amazon which is a little bit better then the 2003 version but the 2003 version is a little bit rarer. 👋🏻

I would normally give 5 stars since it’s my favorite horror movie, but the quality of this digital version isn’t the greatest. There are even moments where the audio goes in and out. I’m confused as to why the 4K version isn’t available. Very disappointed.

Halloween is the scariest movie ever because it has a brilliant set-up and characters that we care about including 20 year-old Jamie Lee Curtis as Laurie Strode who gets chased by the mysterious and scary Michael Myers scary indeed.
