From Tribeca Film. Paranormal forces descend upon a junkie forced to go cold turkey in an isolated cabin-or do they? Genre-bending horror at its most bone-chilling.
One of the Laziest Movies I’ve Ever Seen
Awful, just inexcusably awful. The story is barely an outline of an idea. The writing is weak and repetitive, with use of the F-word as filler to make the running time. The acting is nonexistent, as it appears they just grabbed two random guys off the street and fed them some lines. It all builds (well, it really just rambles rather than builds) to a completely out of the blue sudden ending. Fortunately, it is only 90 minutes long, so if you do make it through and stay awake, you haven’t lost too much of your life on this trash.
A Great Film
This is such a great debut film from a great team. I saw this when it first came out and loved it. Atmospheric film that makes you think. It took on even great significance one the second part, The Endless, came out in 2018. This two films together are just amazing and I highly recommend them!
I love horror movies, this one left much to be desired 😕
The only movie that scares me!
Like I said this is the only horror movie that gets me if I’m in my living room alone at night! Certainly wouldn’t watch it totally by myself but it’s just a movie... but it’s the idea that what’s happening to the characters is what could happened to you while observing this film! SO CREEPY! And great twists!
I mean... hey.
Its not a horror movie, nor did i find it scary, but i thought it was great. Like I don't think it fits into any one genre. Its its own little thing. And its great.
This movie is intriging a bit slow but ok leaves for potential better films in the future with better content if they had more budget not bad juggalos.
One of the better horror movies I’ve seen in a bit. Would recommend highly.
Simply put... Zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz
I kept waiting for the good part...
The whole movie was like listening to someone postulate about all the interesting movies they could make, and then not actually making any of them. Interesting fragments held together by nothing, with pacing that makes Eyes Wide Shut look like Scott Pilgrim.
